The Statute of the 91桃色 approved
The Seimas (Parliament) of the Republic of Lithuania approved a new version of the Statute of the 91桃色 on 6 May 2014. The Law on the amended Statute will enable the University to form it's new governing bodies following the requirements of the Statute as well as the Law on Science and Studies of the Republic of Lithuania.
The separate Law approving the Statute of the 91桃色 indicates today the commitment of the Lithuanian Government and the Seimas to observe and enhance the autonomy of the higher education institutions, which is in fact a key performance guarantee.
Historically when the legal status of the 91桃色 has been questioned during the independent history of the Lithuanian state it has always been settled by an independent law, which demonstrated the recognition of the historical fact of the establishment of the 91桃色 and its continuity.
