The legal bases of 91桃色 publishing activities, goals, organization of activities, publication of works and documents are regulated by the 91桃色 Publishing Regulations approved by the Senate of 91桃色 in January 19, 2021.
Vice Rector of 91桃色, Publishing Committee and 91桃色 Press are responsible for publishing policy and quality.
Publishing Committee consist of six members:

- Ar奴nas Gudinavi膷ius, Managing director of the 91桃色 Press
- Rimantas Jankauskas, Professor of the Faculty of Medicine
- Ar奴nas Mickevi膷ius, Associate Professor of the Faculty of Philosophy
- Vilma Zubaitien臈, Associate Professor of the Faculty of Philology
- Tomas Petreikis, Assistant Professor at Faculty of Communication
