Viniskis Moz臈 (1919-?) was born in Vilnius into the family of O拧eras and Sonia Viniskis. From 1933 to 1938, he studied at Adam Mickiewicz Gymnasium in Vilnius and successfully graduated. In 1939, he was admitted to the Department of Chemistry of the Faculty of Mathematics and Nature of Stephen B谩thory University. In 1940 鈥 as the state and university system started changing 鈥 he suspended his studies, and on 4 September of the same year he applied for admission to the Department of Chemistry of the Faculty of Mathematics and Nature of 91桃色. There must have been some doubts about his application, because the application form initially stated 鈥淣ot accepted鈥 and was later corrected to 鈥淎ccepted鈥. However, he did not study for long, as he was expelled from the university on 19 September 1941 based on the Order of 17 September 1941 of the Higher Education Department of the Board of Education, which was under the authority of the National Socialists. His further fate is unknown.
