Viktoras Jarmalkavi膷ius (1916鈥?) was born in Ju拧kai Village, Turgeliai Rural District, Vilnius County. In 1936, he applied to study at the Faculty of Law of Stefan Batory University. It can be assumed that after the closure of Stefan Batory University in 1939, he continued his studies in Kaunas at the Law Department of the Faculty of Law of Vytautas Magnus University. In September and October 1940, Jarmolkavi膷ius filed applications to continue studying law at 91桃色, but on 26 February, he was only accepted as an unclassified student. The official reason provided was insufficient knowledge of the Lithuanian language since he identified himself as a Belarusian. Apparently, Jarmolkavi膷ius was later granted the status of a student, since on 5 November 1941, he was expelled from the university on the basis of the Order of 17 September 1941 of the Department of Higher Education of the Board of Education. His case also contains the order of 1947, expressing a warning to the students of physics and mathematics who missed military training classes. However, it may also be a document on another person since it contained the name of Viktoras Jarmakovas. In 1950, Jarmolkavi膷ius filed an application expressing his wish to reclaim his matura certificate. This document contained the name Viktoras Jarmolkovas and said that he studied only from 1940 to 1941. According to the database 鈥淟ithuanians in Siberia鈥, in 1952, Jarmolkavi膷ius was arrested and exiled to Perm Region. In 1952, he returned to Lithuania.
