Marija Golubait臈 (1921鈥?) was born in Minsk. In 1939, she graduated from the 鈥溑爒ietimas鈥 private coeducational lyceum in Vilnius. In 1940, Golubait臈 applied to study at the Medical Department at the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences of 91桃色, but her application was denied due to a lack of available places. That same year, she reapplied for admission to the said department and was accepted. On 19 September 1941, Golubait臈 was expelled from the university by the Order of 17 September 1941 of the Department of Higher Education under the Board of Education, which was subordinate to the National Socialists. The student鈥檚 file includes a 1945 request for issuing her documents; this indicates that Golubait臈 survived the Holocaust, but no further information on her fate is known.
