Diploma Supplement
A Diploma Supplement (DS) is a document produced through a joint the European Commission, the Council of Europe and UNESCO/CEPES initiative. The Diploma Supplement is an annex to the original qualification. It is a document that facilitates international recognition of qualifications for academic and/or professional purposes.
Being an effective tool for transparency and promoting informed judgments about qualifications, Diploma Supplement does not replace or substitute the original qualification documents as well as does not guarantee automatic recognition of the qualification for either academic or professional purposes.
