Long-term dynamics of ectomycorrhizal community of Scots pine (Pinus sylvestris L.) seedlings outplanted in forest clear-cuts of different age were investigated. The ECM fungal communities of Scots pine seedlings into clear-cut sites, replanted from nurseries into clear-cut sites and the ones replanted from nurseries into forest sites were compared. Assessment of vegetative reproduction capacity (bulbs mass) of tulip (Tulipa L.) varieties (鈥楳onte Spider鈥/Double Early Tulips, 鈥楢ntarctica鈥/Triumph Tulips, 鈥楥laudia鈥/Lily Flowered Tulips, 鈥楲ion King鈥/Fringed Tulips and 鈥榁irchic鈥/Viridiflora Tulips) was investigated and compared according to mother bulbs size. The rhododendrons (Rhododendron L.) cultivars were propagated by tissue culture. The Anderson鈥檚 nutrient medium supplemented with 1 mg/l 2iP is suitable for the in vitro stabilization of leaf-throwing (deciduous) rhododendrons, and the standard nutrient medium PWM 鈥 for evergreen rhododendrons. Morphological characteristics of Lithuanian primroses varieties (Primula L.) were evaluated, too.
